Florence Lemerle

Based in Lyon, France, Florence is a consultant with Kepner-Tregoe and has over 20 years of experience conducting training and seminars for multinational companies in various industries.  She began her career with Kepner-Tregoe’s HQ office in Princeton, USA before transitioning to Kepner-Tregoe Europe.  Florence has contributed to the implementation and development of rational processes within numerous industry leading companies.  Her interventions within corporations range from ‘institutional training’ to group and individual coaching.   

With a passion for people and their performance, she has worked alongside her clients on change management and cultural transformation projects.  She is certified in MBTI (Myer’s Brigg Type Indicator) and HBDI (Ned Herman’s Brain Dominance Indicator).  Florence studied Economic Sciences in France and continued her education in the United States, graduating with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), specialized in Management.  She speaks fluent French and English.
