He has helped technical support employees deepen their understanding of KT processes and applying them within the incident and problem management environment. He coached them in troubleshooting, leading others in facilitations and developing effective troubleshooting teams capable of delivering results under time pressure.
Kit Hon graduated with an honors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Nottingham Trent University and holds a number of industry certifications including Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL’s V3 Foundation and Operational Support & Analysis (OSA).
