Cornelia Rottländer

Cornelia Rottlaender delivers training and consulting services to improve problem solving and decision making capabilities within international clients. She has an interdisciplinary background and holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Economics, focusing on behavioral economics. Cornelia’s international experiences in various industries enables her to easily adopt different perspectives and understand complex situations. Her special interest has always been to understand the structures of a company. On the one hand, how these can influence the behavior of employees and, on the other hand, how employees and managers influence the organizational structures.

Cornelia is always open to new perspectives, reflects on every situation and has a very good understanding of human nature. She is fluent in German, English, and French.
