Masahiro joined Kepner-Tregoe (KT) in December 2000 and has been involved in business improvement projects for a variety of clients in the chemical industry. He is a part of the routine factory repair planning and execution, and B2B marketing optimization projects.
These deliverables include shortening the repair work period, extending the life of equipment for routine factory repairs, and shifting product planning from product out to market in for B2B marketing.
