Andrew works with industry leading IT infrastructure and services companies. Several of his large projects have been focused on the implementation of change management processes. He is a renowned expert in coaching incident managers to enhance their level of leadership confidence and crisis management skills.

Andrew also has experience in projects that involve problem management improvement, service desk effectiveness, and developing a strategy for service excellence. He is a regular contributor to ITSMF events and conferences and was voted 2019 Contributor of the Year.
