Client Relationship Manager
Rich brings a client-centric approach that focuses on People, Processes, and Technology to design the “right” solution for his clients. His client portfolio is comprised of leading companies in various industries including pharmaceuticals, automotive, natural resources, and financial services. These engagements include Process Diagnostics so he can design KT learning programs that create positive results with maximum impact for clients. Rich’s programs include stakeholder kick-off sessions, skill development, post-workshop support to ensure the skills are transferred, and report-back sessions in which sponsors hear and see examples of KT tools being applied to work inside of their business.
Rich earned a BA in Finance from Ryder University and in his spare time participates in ballroom dancing and teaches acroyoga.
