Takashi began his career at one of Japan’s top corporations, and later worked for several startups and restructuring projects. He has over ten years of expertise, including eight years of running his own consulting firm. Included in his experience portfolio are a series of projects wherein he has helped pharmaceutical companies implement critical thinking capability development programs. He has an evolved understanding of improving employee skills, developing advanced management methods, designing training programs, and restructuring businesses.
Takashi joined Kepner-Tregoe (KT) in 2013 and brought his wealth of experience in employee training and problem solving at companies ranging from large enterprises to startups. He has helped clients learn KT processes and apply them to a wide variety of operations and projects, leading to continuous improvement in their business results. In addition, he has provided support in creating operational improvements, new product development projects, and strategic change initiatives.
