Shane is a full-time Senior Consultant, Solutions Designer, and Instructor. He has two decades of experience as an IT systems expert and software developer. His certifications include Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, ITIL, Cisco CCNA, CCDA, and CCNP, Microsoft MCP and MVP, CompTIA A+, and Network+. 

Within KT, he provides global thought leadership on IT service strategy and operations as well as problem and incident management. Shane frequently builds materials and coursework for Expert learning platforms.  He is a recognized IT expert and public speaker and has won international awards on the topics of Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Problem management, Enterprise Architecture, and DevOps.
