Matthieu is a Senior Consultant who partners with managers and leadership teams to help them achieve their strategic and operational goals on the path towards service and performance excellence. With an emphasis on cultural change, his extensive work experience has taken him around the world. He has designed and managed a broad array and spectrum of diverse projects within the IT industry.
One of his major projects was supporting the Microsoft Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization (8000 employees, 191 countries) to enable exceptional customer service alignment to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella’s strategy of developing a customer-obsessed culture. Some of his other projects have included Problem & Incident Management Improvement for the IT function of financial services companies in London, and Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) capability improvement for Cisco, in order to provide world–class troubleshooting services to their customers.
