Her journey at Kepner-Tregoe began as a Program Leader at a multinational cloud computing and virtualization technology company that provides server, application and desktop virtualization, software as a service, and cloud computing technologies.
She was responsible for supporting their onboarding programs and process implementation rollouts helping them create value through improvements in reduced time to resolution, increased customer satisfaction, reduced call waiting times, reduced escalation, and improved knowledge generation. She achieved these results by integrating clear thinking into customer support interactions and day-to-day operations. She uses this and other similar client support experiences to help her clients integrate systematic thinking processes into their workflows thereby enhancing the results they see from process integration.
