By implementing KT processes, Edmund has empowered both new hires as well as experienced workers within the global semiconductor companies with a systematic problem-solving skillset and provided them a consistent methodology for troubleshooting. 

He has also developed internal trainers for clients in the semiconductor industry, preparing them to lead workshops within their organizations and apply KT approaches to any work issues.
