Takashi began his career at one of Japan’s top corporations, and later worked for several startups and restructuring projects. He has over ten years of expertise, including eight years of running his own consulting firm focused on HR areas such as training and recruiting. He has an evolved understanding of improving employee skills, developing advanced management methods, designing training programs, restructuring businesses, and implementing development programs successfully.
Takashi joined Kepner-Tregoe (KT) in 2013 and brought his wealth of experience in employee training and problem solving at companies ranging from large enterprises to startups. He has helped helps clients learn KT processes and apply them to a wide variety of operations and projects, leading to continuous improvement in their business results. In addition, he has provided support in creating operational improvements, new product development projects, and strategic change initiatives. He has also supported HR divisions with issues utilizing his knowledge and experience as a HR related consultant.
