He led a business process design effort for the maintenance function at one of the largest petrochemical facilities in the world and helped in the implementation of six major maintenance sub processes resulting in a reduction of emergent work orders by 70% and a reduction in backlog of open work orders by 65% with an increase in MTBF of 35%.
