Caustan serves as Head of Business Development for Kepner-Tregoe’s North American Division. He is an experienced enterprise relationship leader with a focus on helping organizations build new capabilities at scale. He has worked closely with Fortune 500 organizations in the financial services industry and his involvement with emerging leaders in the financial services sector indicates that he has been instrumental in assisting clients in building bench strength and capacity.

He is an excellent partner to clients as they build out and implement their strategic intent by creating programs that enable leaders to explore and stretch their skill sets. Caustan is a graduate of University of Waterloo in Canada, with a degree in BES Environment and Business specializing in sustainable local economic development.
