Jeng Yi has worked with Kepner-Tregoe for 16 years and has expertise working in the food and beverage industry. Her cross-culture expertise enabled her to lead a major cross-cultural process improvement project. Through heavy facilitation engagement with cross functional groups, she assisted the quality team of a global infant formulation manufacturer in implementing KT critical thinking as “a way of life.”

Through the application of KT processes and Lean principles, the percentage of products achieving on time release improved to 95%, with savings of US$12M gained from reduction in warehousing costs.
