Sascha is experienced in facilitating KT´s Clear Thinking Processes and in equipping people with the right tools to excel in an increasingly complex and challenging world. He is passionate about process mapping and Lean, and has worked in a variety of industries worldwide. Sascha has profound expertise in Incident & Problem Management and has helped organizations to streamline ticket handling, reduce MTTR and establish a common approach across teams. He is ITIL certified and regularly publishes blog articles and webinars about topics related to IT Service Management.
Sascha graduated with a degree in International Business Management at one of the Grande Ecole Business schools in Paris. After graduation he gained hands-on experience in international project management at a plastic manufacturer before joining Kepner-Tregoe.
