This transition reflects KT’s ongoing commitment to providing stability, continuity, and excellence in service to its clients
Kepner-Tregoe (KT), a global leader in problem-solving and decision-making methodologies, is pleased to announce that Andy Cook has been named Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2025. Andy brings decades of leadership experience and an in-depth understanding of KT’s methodologies and values, having served as Chairman of the Board since 2011 and as a member of the Board of Directors since 2009.
The transition follows the decision by long-time CEO Bill Baldwin to step down from his role. Bill will continue to contribute to KT as a special advisor to the CEO, bringing his nearly 30 years of knowledge and expertise to the company’s leadership team.
Andy expressed his gratitude for Bill’s enduring contributions, stating, “Bill Baldwin has been a cornerstone of KT’s success, and I am fortunate to have his insights and guidance as we move forward. My focus is on ensuring that KT continues to deliver the same exceptional value to our clients that they have come to expect.”
In addition to Andy’s appointment, Dave Haggerty, External Board member, has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board.
This leadership transition reflects KT’s ongoing commitment to providing stability, continuity, and excellence in service to its clients worldwide.
