Problem Solving & Decision Making (PSDM)

Employees at all levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor, who are required to solve problems, make decisions, prevent or mitigate risks, promote or leverage opportunities, and prioritize and plan the resolution of concerns will benefit from this workshop.

There are two versions of Problem Solving & Decision Making: PSDM and PSDM^xp.

PSDM^xp is recommended for technical functions (manufacturing, engineering, operations etc.) For non-technical functions (HR, supply chain, finance etc.), we recommend standard PSDM.

PSDM^xp utilizes computer-based simulation as opposed to standard problem solving and decision making case study scenarios.
