There are two versions of Problem Solving & Decision Making: PSDM and PSDMxp.
PSDMxp is recommended for technical functions (manufacturing, engineering, operations etc.) For non-technical functions (HR, supply chain, finance etc.), we recommend standard PSDM.
PSDMxp utilizes computer-based simulation as opposed to standard problem solving and decision making case study scenarios.
