Stephanie Lopez

Stephanie Lopez is Vice President of Finance at Kepner-Tregoe, where she leads global financial strategy, planning, and operations to support the company’s continued growth and transformation. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, she brings more than 13 years of experience across global professional services organizations, ranging from mid-sized firms to large enterprises.

Stephanie has built her career driving financial excellence and operational impact at scale. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives including ERP implementations, financial planning and analysis transformation, process automation, and global strategy development. Her experience spans many of the international markets in which Kepner-Tregoe operates, giving her a strong global perspective and the ability to navigate complex, multi-regional business environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in International Business from Johnson & Wales University, as well as a Master’s degree in business. Her academic foundation, combined with hands-on global experience, has shaped her practical and forward-looking approach to finance leadership.

Stephanie’s international perspective was further developed through her studies abroad in Sweden and early career experience working with global teams across Southeast Asia, where she supported finance operations in fast-paced, around-the-clock environments.

In addition to her corporate experience, Stephanie brings an entrepreneurial mindset to her role. She is a co-owner of an Aqua-Tots Swim School franchisee in Toms River New Jersey, where she has applied her financial and operational expertise to build and grow a local business. She is also passionate about mentoring small business owners and participating in peer forums focused on leadership.
