Product Management Associate – Training & AI-Enabled Products

Position Overview

The Product Management Associate supports the development, launch, and lifecycle management of Kepner-Tregoe’s training and AI-enabled products.

This role goes beyond content coordination. You will help translate intellectual property into scalable offerings, support go-to-market execution, and contribute to the commercialization of digital and AI-based solutions.

You will work across content, platforms, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure our products are:

  • Market-relevant
  • Technically sound
  • Operationally scalable
  • Commercially viable

This is an ideal role for someone with 3–5 years of experience who wants to grow into a product management leader in a professional services and digital learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Support roadmap execution for training and AI-enabled products
  • Translate business requirements into product enhancements and updates
  • Assist in defining user stories, feature priorities, and release documentation
  • Maintain structured documentation across product versions
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate content development and iteration
  • Ensure product alignment with KT intellectual property standards

2. AI-Enabled Product Support

  • Assist in launching and iterating AI-based offerings (e.g., coaching agents, knowledge assistants)
  • Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of AI outputs
  • Help define product positioning and differentiation in the market
  • Coordinate with legal and leadership to ensure responsible AI usage and messaging
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve digital tools

This role contributes directly to KT’s digital transformation.

3. Go-to-Market & Commercialization Support

  • Partner with Marketing to develop launch materials, positioning briefs, and product narratives
  • Support sales enablement tools (one-pagers, FAQs, demo guides, competitive positioning)
  • Assist in pricing research and packaging strategy
  • Track adoption metrics and early customer usage data
  • Support pilot launches and structured market tests

This role strengthens KT’s ability to move from product creation to revenue generation.

4. Learning Platforms & Digital Systems

  • Support LMS administration (Litmos, potentially Docebo)
  • Coordinate digital content releases and updates
  • Assist with analytics and reporting related to product usage
  • Help maintain digital product libraries and structured repositories

5. Vendor & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with external design, print, and development vendors
  • Track production timelines, inventory, and updates
  • Ensure version control across digital and physical materials

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with SMEs, facilitators, marketing, and regional leaders
  • Document product changes and communicate updates clearly
  • Support internal alignment across regions

Required Experience & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, learning products, digital platforms, publishing, SaaS, or a related field

Core Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfort working across multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear written and structured communication
  • Ability to move from ambiguity to structured output
  • Commercial awareness and curiosity about product-market fit

Technical Skills

Experience or working knowledge of:

  • Learning Management Systems (Litmos, Docebo, or similar)
  • Content development tools (Articulate, Canva, Adobe, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • SharePoint or structured repositories
  • Generative AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
  • Basic analytics or reporting tools

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription models
  • Experience supporting product launches
  • Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies

Additional Information

Kepner-Tregoe (KT) is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. This position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office) local to our office. The position does require travel from time to time and reports to the General Manager of North America. Base Salary Range (U.S.)

$75,000 – $95,000 annually

This range reflects:

  • Professional services environment
  • Hybrid product + operations scope
  • Early-career product management track

Bonus eligibility could be considered depending on KT compensation structure.
