Transformation and Strategic Change Leader Brings Unique Perspective to Manage North America Business Unit
PRINCETON, NJ – July 27, 2015 – Kepner-Tregoe (KT), a global capability development and consulting company, announced today that Michael Kutner has been named regional managing director of its North American region, which is the original and largest region in KT’s global footprint. Kutner has nearly 30 years of experience in management consulting, organizational transformation and change, operational excellence and strategic business planning.
Kutner brings a diverse background and versatile experience in leading teams and improving strategic, operational and financial functions. He joins KT from North Highland Worldwide Consulting, where he served for eight years as a principal and master practitioner, overseeing business solutions for clients in operational excellence, organizational change, Lean and Six Sigma. Prior to management consulting, Kutner served as director of process excellence at Johnson & Johnson and director of change management in their McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals division.

A Six Sigma Master Black Belt and certified Black Belt, Kutner led programs, applied Six Sigma methods and trained users in all areas of the business while at General Electric. He also has extensive experience in financial analysis, business planning and forecasting.

Kutner received a Bachelor of Science in finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from La Salle University. Over the years, he has dedicated extensive time in supporting non-profit organizations through his roles on the boards of directors for First Person Arts in Philadelphia and Penn State’s Abington Alumni Society.
