Emel Firtina

Emel’s primary focus is on solution design, facilitation, capability development and project management. She has led major projects focused on facilitating a business process improvement in “order taking and fulfillment” and building critical thinking skills in leadership teams within manufacturing environments.

Prior to joining Kepner-Tregoe in 2004, Emel began her career in the Automotive Industry and now has over 16 years of experience working with a wide variety of organizations such as Rio Tinto, Kennecott, Honda, Bosch, GPI, Microsoft. She earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University and completed her MBA in 2002 from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Emel is fluent in Turkish.
