Ingrid Dueck

As Director of Organizational Change, Ingrid leads major enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Kepner-Tregoe’s global business. Reporting to the CEO, she coordinates complex, cross-regional change efforts that modernize KT’s operating infrastructure, strengthen organizational performance, and support people through significant organizational change.

Previously, Ingrid served as Director of Organizational Talent & Leadership Development, where she was responsible for global talent acquisition, consultant development, and succession planning. Her focus was on ensuring KT had the organizational capability to meet current and future business objectives while preparing the company for sustainable growth.

Ingrid began her career with Kepner-Tregoe as a field consultant in the UK in 1998 and relocated to North America in 2000. After returning to KT in 2014, she held roles including technical field consultant and Client Relationship Manager, and in 2021 was promoted to North America Head of Delivery. In that role, she led consultant recruitment and development, improved resource utilization, and strengthened delivery capability.

Across her career, Ingrid has worked on consulting and capability development initiatives across multiple industries, bringing a strong blend of operational insight, human performance expertise, and change leadership.

Prior to joining Kepner-Tregoe, Ingrid was an internal World-Class Manufacturing consultant with Crown Cork & Seal. She brings over 25 years of global and Fortune 1000 experience.

Ingrid holds a Joint Honours degree in Social Anthropology and Development Studies from the University of Wales, Swansea. She speaks fluent Dutch, some German, and conversational French, and currently resides with her husband and two son in the Ottawa Valley, Canada.
