As Director of Organizational Talent & Leadership Development, Ingrid is accountable for global talent recruitment, consultant development and succession planning. Ensuring KT has the organizational capability to meet current and future business objectives, including attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent will be one of key areas of focus.  Global talent management and succession planning will also be an important part of Ingrid’s role in ensuring the Company is ready for future growth and success.

Ingrid started her career with KT as a field consultant in KTUK in 1998 before relocating to NA operations in Canada in 2000. After a short time away from KT, she returned in 2014 initially in a contractor role before becoming a fulltime NA technical field consultant and CRM in 2018.

Ingrid has worked on both capability development and consulting projects across various industries and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.

She was promoted to NA Head of Delivery in 2021 where she successfully led the recruitment and development of our field resources, improved our resource utilization, and managed our contract resources.

Prior to joining Kepner-Tregoe, Ingrid Dueck was an internal World-Class Manufacturing consultant for Crown Cork & Seal. She brings over 25 years of global and Fortune 1000 experience.

Ingrid graduated in 1995 with a Joint Honors in Social Anthropology & Development Studies from the University of Wales, Swansea, UK. Ingrid speaks fluent Dutch, some German and a little French and currently resides with her husband and two boys in the Ottawa Valley, Canada.
