Not only were they a finalist, in 2019 Microsoft placed for both Silver and Bronze.

Each year we are so happy to present our award to teams who have shown determination and disipline in face of issues that would stop many. They’ve used KT process with excellence to accellerate problem resolution and have deepened critical thinking skills for team members.
