What are the minimum & maximum number of participants who can take part?
Group workshops work best with 8 to 20 participants. For smaller numbers, your people can join one of our public courses, held in major cities worldwide.
How long is the training?
It depends on your goals and your schedule. Workshops can run on consecutive days or be split into shorter blocks, for example two sessions of two days.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on group size, duration, format and location. Tell us what you need, and we will send you a clear proposal.
Where does the training take place?
Online, at your site, or at a venue you choose, such as a hotel or conference center. If you choose an outside venue, you book it and we bring the training.
What languages do you teach in?
English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Japanese and Filipino.
Does my team need any experience first?
No. We teach the Kepner-Tregoe method from the ground up.
What materials do participants receive?
Digital course materials, sent by email before the workshop. Printed KT Process Cards, a pocket guide to every step, are available on request.
What happens after the workshop
We support continuous learning on the job through expert coaching on real issues, refresher courses, online learning and our resource library in My KT. Participants can also submit their own work for expert feedback and earn KT Practitioner, Advanced or Expert badges. More about badges
