In this era of digital transformation, an agile mindset is required to quickly assess complex situations, solve problems and make good decisions. The KT Problem Solving eLearning & Expert Coaching program provides a foundational understanding of Kepner-Tregoe's Situation Appraisal and Problem Analysis methodologies. The workshop consists of 2 parts: the dynamic, application-based eLearning combines an introduction to the KT methods with practical examples. This helps learners discover how to successfully apply critical thinking and rational process to real-world issues. During and after completing the eLearning, participants join virtual coaching sessions with a KT expert to practice applying their knowledge, review key concepts and interact with other learners.

Kepner-Tregoe Situation Appraisal
Learn how to simplify complex issues and prioritize them effectively so that you can focus on “the precious few versus the trivial many”.
Kepner-Tregoe Problem Analysis
Learn how to identify and eliminate the root cause of complex problems, saving time and cost by avoiding trial-and-error.
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to use Kepner-Tregoe critical thinking skills to approach any complex issue and get to the root cause of problems.

Learners study at their own pace and according to their personal schedules. This means more convenience and less disruption. At the same time the instructor-led coaching helps to embed the concept and deepen the understanding, and motivates for continued use.
- Program kick-off call: 1 hour. This will be recorded for those unable to attend live.
- 16 hours of self-paced eLearning modules.
- Attend live virtual coaching – 2 sessions of 3.5 hours – during and after the eLearning (must be attended live)
- Total Program duration: 8 weeks
Learning Tools Included: All attendees will have the ability to download course reference documents and job aids from within the eLearning modules. They will also have access to online post-workshop learning support tools (coaching videos, tips, tricks, worksheets, and more) with a My KT membership

The Foundation Badge is the starting point and highlights that you have attended a KT training program. Once you have begun applying the KT technologies you will progress through the levels of Practitioner, Advanced, and ultimately, achieve recognition as a KT Expert.
