George Ng

As the Regional Managing Director of Kepner-Tregoe in Asia Pacific, George directs consulting teams across the region and provides executive leadership in the design and delivery of high–impact, sustainable programs for customers in the paper and packaging industry. When a global paper company became a major shareholder of a China-based paper packaging company, one of its first priorities was to establish a clear strategy for growth.

George and his team worked closely with the local management team and facilitated a successful five-fold expansion strategy by utilizing KT’s time-tested strategy formulation and implementation process.
