Process mining uses data to give a clear picture of all the activivities happening in your current processes, which helps you to find those areas where improvements will have the largest impact.

Process mining tools interpret the data from each step of the process and then present the results in a visual format that provides an overview – making it easier to discover the process flows that are not currently optimized for maximum performance. You can then focus your continuous improvement efforts on those steps. Once all adjustments to the process flows have been implemented, process mining enables precise monitoring and can indicate potential opportunities for automation.
