New Kepner-Tregoe Advanced Incident Management Plugin Available now for ServiceNow

We have released our second plugin for the ServiceNow platform. This new plugin increases the speed and quality of incident management combining our problem-solving methodology with the ServiceNow plugin, allowing incident managers to document and facilitate incidents from within the incident ticket.

This is fully certified and available as a direct plugin for all ServiceNow customers wishing to leverage the globally recognized Kepner-Tregoe problem-solving methodology from within the ServiceNow application.
