Florence Lemerle

Florence is a consultant with Kepner-Tregoe Europe, based in France. She has organized and conducted training and seminars for several multinational companies in the oil and gas industry since joining KT in 2001.

Among many other projects, she has developed specific management programs for a large petrol chemical group, focusing on developing skills on rational thinking, interpersonal skills and team development.
