Gijs Verrest is a Senior Consultant at Kepner-Tregoe and Market Leader for the Netherlands. He has been instrumental in the rollout of Kepner-Tregoe’s problem-solving approach at GKN Fokker Aerostructures.  

As a three-time winner of the KT Process Achievement Award, this client program brought the aircraft manufacturer a 60% reduction in non-conformities and yearly savings of millions of euros. The integration of KT’s thinking processes into their way of working significantly improved the product quality, flow and eliminated disruptions.
