Well a former associate from Sun Microsystems, Miroslaw Dabrowski, has done it again. He created a really innovative KT Problem Solving and Decision Making Mind Map. The mind map walks you through the four main KT process steps so you can understand KT Clear Thinking by clicking through and expanding sections you’re interested in. And he’s also created some other maps for ITIL, Project Management and other frameworks.
