Former COO Replaces Ray Baxter; Will Focus on Vision and Growth
PRINCETON, NJ (May 21, 2013) – Kepner-Tregoe (KT), the global capability development and consulting company, today announced that 13-year veteran Chris Geraghty has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Geraghty’s experience includes more than 20 years serving the industrial sector, holding numerous senior management positions with manufacturing organizations. He succeeds Ray Baxter, who is retiring after serving as Kepner-Tregoe’s CEO.
Geraghty joined Kepner-Tregoe in 1999 as a management consultant and was named a Principal for the firm’s international business in 2003. From 2004 to 2011, he held the positions of Regional Managing Director in Australia, Southeast Asia and North America. Most recently, Geraghty served as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for day-to-day operations in North America, EMEA, South East Asia, Japan and Australia.

Short term goals, he said, include increasing business within markets that have traditionally been strong, such as North America, Europe and Australia, while expanding into China as well as other emerging markets.
Geraghty, who holds a M.Sc. from the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Materials Science, and an Executive M.B.A. from the Australian Graduate School of Management, will remain based in Kepner-Tregoe’s Princeton global headquarters but expects to spend substantial time with Kepner-Tregoe clients and consultants in all global regions.
