PRINCETON, NJ (April 23<\/em>, 2013) \u2013Kepner-Tregoe (KT), the global capability development and consulting company, was recently recognized by the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) with a \u201cHighly Commended\u201d designation in the Strategy category for their partnership with the DAL Group. The MCA Awards are widely acknowledged as the benchmark of quality within the U.K. consulting industry and are given out annually by the MCA, the representative body for management consultancy firms in the U.K. The awards recognize both team-based projects as well as individual consultants in several categories including change management, customer engagement, strategy, technology among others.<\/p>\n Kepner-Tregoe\u2019s recognition was a result of their work with the DAL Group, Sudan\u2019s largest privately held commercial organization.\u00a0 KT worked with the client to design a move into agriculture\u2014a new and strategic sector for the largest and most diversified conglomerate in Sudan. As part of the assignment, KT took DAL\u2019s leaders through a strategic decision making process to determine what DAL Group\u2019s priorities should focus on in order to achieve an optimal entry into agriculture.
