Burkhardt Prigge

As Consultant and Kepner-Tregoe’s Market Leader for Germany, Burkhardt helps clients in a variety of industries in improving operational results and implementing critical thinking within their workforce. He delivers Problem Solving Training, Coaching and Facilitation as well as the implementation of major process improvement projects in his native language German, and in English. Over the years he has successfully led the implementation of KT Process for numerous clients in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, United States and Australia.  

Before joining KT in 2011, Burkhardt started his career as a professional Basketball Coach, winning more than a dozen German and European titles in his roles as Assistant Coach for ALBA Berlin and the German National Team. He then pursued a career in Project Management.  He is a certified electrical engineer with a degree from the Technical University Braunschweig and has a Master’s of Engineering,  Business and Project Management from the Technical University of Applied Science in Berlin. In addition, he is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
