PRINCETON, NJ (February 21, 2013) \u2013Kepner-Tregoe (KT), the global capability development and consulting company, today announced that its U.K. team has been named a finalist for the 2013 Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Best Strategy Project Award for their work with the DAL Group on the development of an agricultural investment strategy. For the past 16 years, the MCA Awards have been the benchmark of quality within the consulting industry recognizing the best strategy project of the past year.<\/p>\n

Kepner-Tregoe worked with the DAL Group<\/a>, Sudan\u2019s largest privately held commercial organization, to design their move into agriculture. KT took DAL\u2019s leaders through a robust strategic decision making process to determine what their optimal strategy for agriculture should be. Initial results from this strategy suggest clear signs of success with the development of an export market for locally grown alfalfa, the modernization of dairy production and the development of programs to support ground-nut farming.<\/p>\n
