Kepner-Tregoe (KT) announced today that 19 year veteran Bill Baldwin has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Baldwin has a rich operational history in all aspects of a multi-national company and has deep experience working with clients across many industries including manufacturing, distribution, sports and leisure, communications and IT. He succeeds Chris Geraghty, who announced today that after 9 years of living abroad, he has made the difficult decision to step down from the position of Chief Executive Officer and will be moving back to Australia.
Chris Geraghty has been with Kepner-Tregoe for 17 years holding many senior positions including the past three years as CEO. “I have made a decision to move back to Australia to be with my family. It is important that KT’s most senior leader be stationed at the world headquarters in the United States. Therefore, I feel it my duty to step down as CEO,” said Chris Geraghty. Chris remains a compassionate KT practitioner and will be one, for life. In his words “this is not good bye” as he expects to find a way to remain in the Kepner-Tregoe family in Australia.

Bill Baldwin will assume his new role effective immediately. He will continue as Chief Financial Officer and will report to the KT Board of Directors.
