Julie Lavergne is a systems-level strategist and former global HR executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across regulated manufacturing, technology, enterprise risk, and organizational transformation.

Julie is experienced in governance oversight, AI adoption strategy, and cross-sector facilitation, and recognized for asking incisive questions that clarify complex decisions and strengthen board-level thinking in environments shaped by uncertainty and change.  Julie holds a Master of Engineering / MBA and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
