About the role
As the Head of Corporate Marketing, this individual will be responsible for shaping and stewarding the company’s brand, overseeing & creating digital content and media, overseeing the company website and SEO, and delivering data-driven insights to improve performance.
Main responsibilities
Brand Messaging & Marketing Collateral
- Lead and maintain the company’s brand strategy and guidelines across all platforms.
- Oversee development of key marketing materials (brochures, decks, case studies, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging.
Digital Media (Video, Audio & Social)
- Own strategy and execution for corporate social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Lead production and distribution of digital media content (videos, podcasts, animations).
- Align messaging with brand and business goals while optimizing for engagement.
Website & SEO
- Drive the corporate website strategy in partnership with the Webmaster.
- Lead SEO initiatives including content planning, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ensure corporate site reflects brand standards, strategic priorities, and campaign goals.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and lead the global marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and impact across channels.
Goal Setting & Optimization
- Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
- Recommend and implement optimizations based on data and results.
Budget Management
- Manage global marketing budget and partner with regional teams to ensure ROI.
Lead Generation
- Own end-to-end digital lead generation strategy, including campaign execution and pipeline performance.
- Develop lead scoring and partner with Sales to drive conversion at all funnel stages.
Profile
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities; skilled at building trust across teams.
- Deep expertise in digital tools and systems: CRM platforms (Salesforce), HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), and content management.
- Proven success in campaign development, lead generation, and video/audio production from concept to launch.
- Agile, strategic thinker with a strong work ethic and bias for action.
- High business acumen with a passion for customer excellence and change leadership.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
- Demonstrated B2B marketing leadership experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support role effectiveness.
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA or other Masters’ degree preferred
- Excellent English language skills – any language(s) in addition to English is/are a big plus
Compensation
Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and KT’s benefits package. The annualized base compensation for this role is between $95,000 and $115,000, depending on experience.

Kepner-Tregoe (KT) is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. This position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office) local to our office. The position does require travel from time to time and reports to Kepner-Tregoe’s COO.
