    When you take full advantage of the knowledge, experience and ability of the people in the situation and then organize and analyze the data to reach a sound conclusion\u2014that is rational\u2014or clear\u2014thinking. It is taking a disciplined and well thought out approach to problem solving rather than relying on intuition or guesswork. Clear Thinking is needed in a complex world.<\/p>\n
