Im Streben nach inkrementellen Leistungsverbesserungen und der Eliminierung von Verschwendung halten KV-Programme Unternehmen auf dem Weg zur operativen Exzellenz. Doch viele Programme bleiben hinter den Erwartungen zur\u00fcck, und selbst die besten Programme zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung haben Grenzen.  <\/p>\n<p>Es gibt eine Reihe spezifischer Situationen, in denen der inkrementelle KV-Ansatz m\u00f6glicherweise nicht optimal ist. Ein gezielteres Programm, das Ressourcen auf eine schnelle, substanzielle Ver\u00e4nderung konzentriert, ist erforderlich, um die folgenden Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen: <\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Wirtschaft:<\/strong> Pl\u00f6tzlicher und schwerwiegender Wirtschaftsabschwung, der sofortige betriebliche \u00c4nderungen erfordert<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pl\u00f6tzlicher Erfolg:<\/strong> Steigende Marktnachfrage, die sofortige Erh\u00f6hungen des Durchsatzes\/der Kapazit\u00e4t erfordert<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kommodifizierung:<\/strong> Zunehmende Kommodifizierung von Produkten, die Kostensenkungen erfordert, um wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben<\/p>\n<p>Der Wettbewerb: Verst\u00e4rkter Wettbewerb in Segmenten, der qualitativ hochwertigere Produkte erfordert, um einen Wettbewerbsvorteil zu erhalten<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategie\u00e4nderung:<\/strong> Organisatorisch \u201eselbstinduzierte\u201c strategische Ereignisse (z. B. M&A, ehrgeizige Ziele aus strategischen Imperativen, Strategie-Neuformulierungen usw.), die schnelle \u00c4nderungen erfordern<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dringlichkeit:<\/strong> Interner Wunsch, Quantenspr\u00fcnge in den F\u00e4higkeiten der Fertigungsabl\u00e4ufe zu bewirken (z. B. Management besteht darauf, dass Kosten um \u201ex\u201c Prozent gesenkt, der Ertrag um \u201ey\u201c Prozent verbessert werden usw.)<\/p>\n<p>Um die Herausforderungen solcher Ereignisse erfolgreich zu meistern, bedarf es eines prozessbasierten Ansatzes, der hilft, spezifische Leistungsl\u00fccken zu identifizieren und zu schlie\u00dfen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Leistung innerhalb eines Zeitrahmens aufrechterhalten wird, der den Gesch\u00e4ftsanforderungen entspricht. Ein gezielterer Ansatz kann ein laufendes KV-Programm erg\u00e4nzen, indem er spezifische Leistungsl\u00fccken analysiert, um in diesen Situationen erforderliche Verbesserungsm\u00f6glichkeiten zu finden. Sobald Verbesserungsm\u00f6glichkeiten identifiziert sind, wird ein gezielter Ressourceneinsatz sowohl f\u00fcr die Erzielung als auch f\u00fcr die Aufrechterhaltung der Ver\u00e4nderung bereitgestellt.  <\/p>\n<p>Anstatt sich auf gro\u00dfe Projekte zur Neugestaltung von Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen, IT-\/ERP-Implementierungen oder umfassende Kulturver\u00e4nderungen zu verlassen, erfordern bestimmte Situationen gezielte Ma\u00dfnahmen, die, richtig durchgef\u00fchrt, schnell die notwendigen Ergebnisse liefern.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Six Sigma, Lean und andere Programme zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KV) sind heute in jedem produzierenden Unternehmen zu finden.
