Das ist zwar gut und sch\u00f6n \u2013 aber w\u00e4re es nicht sinnvoller, Probleme von vornherein zu vermeiden, um die Ressourcen f\u00fcr die Gestaltung einer besseren Zukunft einsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen?   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die meisten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte geben an, proaktiv handeln zu wollen \u2013 doch der Alltag zwingt sie oft in den Krisenmodus. Was w\u00e4re, wenn proaktive F\u00fchrung nicht bedeutete, mehr zu tun, sondern anders zu denken? In enger Zusammenarbeit identifizieren sie wichtige Erkenntnisse, Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle, Technologien und Kompetenzen, die bahnbrechende innovative L\u00f6sungen erm\u00f6glichen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aws.amazon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amazon Web Services<\/a> entstand nicht aus einer Krise, sondern aus einer Chance heraus: Ingenieure erkannten den Bedarf der Entwickler an skalierbarer Infrastruktur und handelten fr\u00fchzeitig. Anfangs bauten die Teams grundlegende Infrastrukturkomponenten immer wieder neu auf, was zu Ineffizienzen f\u00fchrte. Daraus entstand die Idee einer gemeinsam genutzten Infrastruktur und schlie\u00dflich das Konzept, diese Funktionen als Dienstleistung f\u00fcr externe Kunden anzubieten. Heute ist es ein 90-Milliarden-Dollar-Unternehmen.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Lehre daraus? Chancen schreien nicht. Sie fl\u00fcstern.
