Doch immer h\u00e4ufiger wurden bei Wartungskontrollen Folienst\u00fccke in den Filtern entdeckt, die die Hydraulikfl\u00fcssigkeit vor Verunreinigungen sch\u00fctzen. Die im Filter eingeschlossenen Folienpartikel blockierten beinahe den Durchfluss der Hydraulikfl\u00fcssigkeit, wodurch sich die Bremsen schwammig anf\u00fchlten. Die anf\u00e4nglichen Spekulationen, dass das Wartungsteam die Folie einschleppte, weil es bei den Wartungskontrollen nicht die richtigen Verschlusskappen verwendete, erwiesen sich als falsch: Die Ursache f\u00fcr die Verstopfung blieb unbekannt.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solution\">L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au\u00dferplanm\u00e4\u00dfige Wartungsarbeiten als Reaktion auf Beschwerden \u00fcber die Bremsen trieben die Betriebskosten in die H\u00f6he. Nachdem eine tagelange Fehlersuche die Ursache nicht finden konnte, wurde das Problem an die firmeneigenen Kepner-Tregoe-Experten f\u00fcr rationale Prozesse, Program Leaders (PLs), verwiesen, die f\u00fcr die Vermittlung und F\u00f6rderung von Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making, einem strukturierten Ansatz zur schnellen Probleml\u00f6sung, zertifiziert sind. Sie entwickelten schnell eine effektive Problemstellung und untersuchten die \u201cIST\u201d- und \u201cIST NICHT\u201d-Daten. Es wurde deutlich, dass sie wissen mussten, wo in der Welt dies sonst noch geschah.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Kontakt mit anderen Flugzeugbesitzern erfuhren die PLs, dass ein anderes Unternehmen <em>dasselbe Problem mit demselben Flugzeugmodell <\/em>gehabt hatte. St\u00fccke aus laminiertem Aluminium, die innerhalb des Bremsverteilers als Abstandshalter dienten, hatten sich aufgrund von Alterung und Hydraulikdruck in die Hydraulikfl\u00fcssigkeit gel\u00f6st. Das Problem wurde erfolgreich behoben, indem die Abstandshalter durch einteilige Abstandshalter aus Stahl ersetzt wurden.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-results\">Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Ingenieurb\u00fcro untersuchte die Partikel im Auftrag der Programmleiter und stellte fest, dass die alternden Unterlegscheiben die Ursache f\u00fcr das Problem waren.
