Kepner-Tregoe Program Leader (PL)
Kepner-Tregoe Program Leaders are certified in one or more Kepner-Tregoe processes, including Problem Solving and Decision Making (PSDM), Analytic Trouble Shooting (ATS), Project Management (PM), and other processes, by successfully completing our Train-the-Trainer program. Program Leaders are client employees who transfer rational process capabilities to others within their organization and collaborate with KT and client teams to use these processes to achieve strategic and operational outcomes. PLs are certified to teach a specific process using Kepner-Tregoe materials, to facilitate groups using this process, and to lead efforts to integrate use of this process in the workplace. Program Leader candidates are selected in consultation with Kepner-Tregoe. Certification is achieved by attending a PSDM, ATS, or PM workshop, attending a Leader Development Institute (LDI) in your chosen process, and successfully completing a “first teach,” observed by a Kepner-Tregoe professional.
