Workshop Description: During this workshop, you will deepen your understanding of the concepts of Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis, and Potential Problem/Opportunity Analysis.  Learn to apply these concepts to business issues and learn advanced techniques for using these processes to resolve issues. Candidates must have previously attended any of the Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making, Analytical Trouble Shooting, or Resolve workshops (3-days or longer).  This workshop must be attended before attending Process Facilitation & Coaching.

Participants receive a copy of KT eThink® Desktop software and an overview of the use of eThink.

• Refine Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis and Potential Problem/Opportunity Analysis concepts
• Learn advanced or special-situation techniques
• Develop advanced skills in applying Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis and Potential Problem/Opportunity Analysis to business issues
• Develop skills in using the Human Performance System for issues related to people and their performance
• Develop skills in managing the involvement of people in business issues
