A Message from the CEO

From modest beginnings in the garage of Ben Tregoe's California home, to today’s global network of employees and clients, the Kepner-Tregoe story is remarkable. This year Kepner-Tregoe celebrates 50 years in business.  Our longevity is a testament to the power of our rational processes, the vision of our founders, the employees of Kepner-Tregoe, and most importantly our clients.

Our strength is based on the power and applicability of our rational processes for resolving human, organizational, and industrial issues.  Organizations and individuals during every decade since 1958, and in many fields of human endeavor, have embraced our processes and applied to them to a staggering array of decisions to be made, problems to be solved, and risks to be managed.  Few other companies can claim to have been instrumental in bringing Apollo XIII back safely and also to have delivered break-through results in every major industry from natural resources to entertainment, automotive manufacturing to life sciences, and much more.

Ultimately, though, our success can be credited to our clients. If we had not yielded value for clients, then our business simply would not have grown and thrived over the last 50 years. We can proudly acknowledge that our clients have included most of the Fortune 1000 and that many of our client relationships span decades, not just years.

Looking ahead, we rededicate ourselves to delivering continued operational improvements for and with our clients, and we look forward to the challenges that lie ahead in the next 50 years.
