Undergraduates
For an Associate or Senior Associate role the minimum requirement is an undergraduate degree. On rare occasions we consider people who do not hold a degree, but who have exceptional job-related experience. Undergraduates are expected to have some business experience as they will not be placed in pure analyst roles, unlike other consulting firms. Instead all people hired at this level will have a large amount of client-facing time.

MBA and advanced degree holders
At this level we hire to fill Senior Associate or Consultant positions. MBA or advanced degree holders will have deep knowledge of subject matter expertise that is relevant to our client’s needs. This may mean everything from logistics and supply chain management to strategic planning and new product development. At this level we are also looking for those who have had work-related experiences beyond their education requirements.

Currently employed with industry experience
On occasion KT needs to fill a capability need for a Senior Associate or Consultant that is driven by our work with specific clients. We hire to that need as appropriate. Presently we have strategic industry focus in three broad areas: Industrial, Consumer, and Technology. Senior level experienced professionals
As with any growing organization sometimes it is necessary to fill senior positions with experienced professionals. In these cases, KT primarily works with local area head hunters as we find they are best suited to understand local market conditions and also better positioned to find us the candidates from which we can make the best possible choice. In general we do not solicit applications from senior level professionals via our website.
