Senior Consultant

Senior Consultants are the pinnacle of KT's consulting delivery model. They view KT’s core and supporting technologies, our applications, and business processes as a means to an end. What you can expect as a Senior Consultant…

  • Travel – Senior Consultants may see that their travel is reduced due to an increase in management responsibilities and an increased emphasis on the stewardship of the business. Travel both regionally and internationally continues to be a role requirement.
  • Responsibility - Senior Consultants develop and extend KT's applications in our strategic markets and demonstrate marketplace leadership through the strategic account relationships they develop. Senior Consultants are also responsible for people leadership through mentoring individuals, leading teams, and the operational management of groups across the organization. Senior Consultants contribute in significant ways to the ongoing performance and financial health of the organization through revenue and profit-driving activities.
  • Background – At this level, Senior Consultants have risen through the KT ranks. At each successive stage, they have contributed greatly to value creation at our clients and have also contributed greatly to the ongoing health of the firm. They believe that selling and serving are aspects of professionalism. They constantly prove to clients that they are dedicated to helping them with their issues.
